Wir versuchen aktuell Outllok Termine auszulesen und darauf zu reagieren. Ein Anwender schreibt als Termin rein " Hans Urlaub" oder "Hans Honeoffice". Kann ich dies auswerten, auf Urlaub oder Homeoffice und per Call Routing darauf reagieren? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Das Standard Call Routing kann nur auf die beiden Staties "abwesend" oder "beschäftigt" (out of office / busy) eines Termins prüfen. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Tom Wellige Posted September 20, 2022 #4 Share Posted September 20, 2022 Ich habe keine fertigen Beispiele dafür, aber es würde mir sehr wundern, wenn Google nicht entsprechende Beispiele (Zugriff mittels VBscript auf Exchange Kalender) finden sollte.
