Morti Posted July 22, 2021 #1 Share Posted July 22, 2021 Hallo Swyx Forum Team, ich hab hier ein Plusnet SIP Trunk Anschluss auf den 5 verschiedene Rufnummerblöcke geschaltet sind. 0123 - 123456 0-9, 0987 - 111111 0-9, 0456 987654 0- 9 usw . Wie könnte man das handhaben, das die jeweilige Zentralrufnummer (0) angezeigt wird, sobald ein Mitarbeiter mit einer bestimmten Rufnummer herauswählen will. Praktisch: Möchte der Mitarbeiter mit der Rufnummer 0987 - 111111 0 herauswählen, die beim gegenüber angezeigt werden soll, setzt er vor die gewählte Rufnummer z.b. die #0987*, für die 0456 987654 0- 9 die #0456* usw. Funktioniert dies überhaupt? Wie handhabt ihr solche Szenarien im allgemeinen das ein Standort mit verschiedenen Rufnummer herauswählen will? Most Valued User Mathias Gindler Posted August 20, 2021 Most Valued User #3 Share Posted August 20, 2021 TG-Präfix hilft nix, weil (wenn ich das richtig verstanden habe) alle Nummern auf demselben Trunk liegen. Da bleibt dann tatsächlich nur, dem Benutzer mehrere Durchwahlen zu geben und diese auf die Leitungstasten zu legen. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
