The could connect remote without problems, till the changed there active directory password. Now, they´re not able to connect. I thought the connect is established through the trusted certificate and has nothing to do with the active directory credentials. For the Mobile App there is a separate password which you enter under "Administration - Authentication". My opinion: I think the domain account is only working if the SwyxIT Client has access to the DC. (Windows Authentication) When you logon from your homeoffice via Remote Connector it is not the same domain. Except you are using VPN and your PC is domain member. Maybe you have to switch the authentication to "user + password" = the second account information under "Administration - Authentication". Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
