If our managing director sets up a call forwarding to the secretary, she does not see whether the call was originally intended for her or for the managing director. there is no indication that the call is actually for the manager and not for her. Is there a way to see the originally dialed User on the Secretarys Phone/Software? The secretary function in swyx does not solve the issue. Create a rule that reads PBXUser.UnconditionalRedirect to check if it should forward the call. You could then either send the call to Original Destination or edit PBXCall.CallingPartyName to indicate that it was a forward and then send it to the secretary.
