swyxIt!

Danke

Gruß

Marcus

Sorry that I don't speak you language, but check if Windows has saved credentials for the server on the client (Control Panel => Credential Manager => Windows Credentials).  You should see in the SwyxxIt! log something like

11 09:50:30.546 003e0c Warn ClientCDS 0399045C 00000000 ClientCDS::SetLastError System () cds system exception: The caller was not authenticated by the service. stack: at SWConfigDataClientLib.Proxies.PhoneClient.PhoneClientFacade.CheckVersion()

   at SConfigStore.SPhoneClient.CMPhoneClientFacade.CheckClientVersion(CMPhoneClientFacade* ) source: ClientCDS::Connect

HeyHey,

I get this error a lot too. I got no solution yet, but here is what I found so far:

-I checked that Server/Client time matches

-(I've read this in a NetPhone Forum) this depends on .net 2 (which is includet in .net 3) so checked if .net 3 is installed
-It got away on one Client after latest Win-Update, but

-Other Clients just have to try severel times to Log In.

-I'm currently in Home Office (like most of us? :) and logging in via Username/pwd, but I see no stored Win-Credentials.

So if anyone has more knowledge, this would be great.

kind regards,

theDude

(Sorry, running a 11.52 Swyx-Server)

Servus,

Hey everyone

we´ve got the same problem.

To solve the Problem we had to Enter the right Username and Password.

The user does not login via an Windows Account.

So if the user is named "Max Musterman" in Swyx you have to enter the name exactly like it is written on the server.

This includes Big and small letters and even the space between first an last name.

After that the login worked fine on the clients.
