Post dialing digits (Überwahl/Nachwahl) are being made available within a call routing script through PBXCall.DialedNumber. They can either be evaluated manually from there, or you can simply use the GSE build-in function PostDialingDigits If you follow the above link you will find all needed explanations as also an example script which wait for further post dialing digits to be sent while the call already reached the call routing script.
