Can I i.e. enter the name or extension number of a user or group so that the system checks that particular extension for logged In status? This is particulatrly usefull when running a Call Routing Script on a general number, that routes calls to available Users based IVR choices of the caller. Tom Wellige Posted February 16, 2018 #2 Share Posted February 16, 2018 Hi Ben, the IsLoggedIn function doesn't take any parameters and always returns the login status of the current call routing user, i.e. the user the call routing script is running for.
