lucagiustra Posted January 8, 2015 #1 Share Posted January 8, 2015 Hi, my client after upgrade from swyx 7 to swyx 2011 receives 90% of faxes cut. the fax is connected via ISDN directly to the PSTN. The provider has also changed the ISDN terminal. I tried to work on the baudrate without results. Has anyone had similar problems? thanks
Tom Wellige Posted January 8, 2015 #2 Share Posted January 8, 2015 Just out of curiosity: why do you let your client update to a SwyxWare which is out of support instead of updating to the latest version ? the fax is connected via ISDN directly to the PSTN. So the SwyxWare isn't involved?
lucagiustra Posted January 8, 2015 Author #3 Share Posted January 8, 2015 Hi Tom, I just took in management this customer by a competitor from Yesterday. I made a mistake in my previous explanation. The fax is connected from ISDN directly to QuadBri card of SwyxWare Server

Tom Wellige Posted January 9, 2015 #6 Share Posted January 9, 2015 If you ask me you should raise a support ticket at Swyx. The traces need to be analysed to figure the reason for this.

Tom Wellige Posted January 9, 2015 #8 Share Posted January 9, 2015 Swyx support will provide you with a ticket id and then you simply use the SwyxTraceTool to upload all relevant information.
lucagiustra Posted January 12, 2015 Author #9 Share Posted January 12, 2015 Ok Tom. What I have to send the email to open the ticket? thank you
Tom Wellige Posted January 12, 2015 #10 Share Posted January 12, 2015 As Swyx reseller you should be able to raise a support ticket from within your Swyx Partner Net. If you don't find a link there (Support - Ticket) please contact your Swyx distributor. He will raise the ticket then for you.
