Nach Gespächseende stehen sämtliche Zeiten wie Pete bereits geschrieben hat in den Call Detail Records. Ebenso kann man im Call Routing eines Rufes abfragen, wie lange er bereits aktiv war. VAndreas Posted November 7, 2019 #7 Share Posted November 7, 2019 Danke für die Info. Wir setzen die Swyx-Anlage seit ein paar Tagen ein und testen noch die eine oder andere Möglichkeit. Ich habe das OutlookPlugin mit installiert, sehe aber das Journal in Outlook nicht. Muss dafür eine weitere Komponente installiert sein? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
