Most Valued User Virikas Posted October 30, 2015 Most Valued User #1 Share Posted October 30, 2015 Hey, currently testing a Logitech Conference Cam Connect (LCCC) to use with SwyxIt version: 10.30 / 2015 R3 under Windows 8.1 x64 LCCC --> http://support.logitech.com/product/conferencecam-connect-business Whilst prompt Wizard correctly records name and voicemail promp from LCCCs microphone, but when it comes to make a call only the USB speaker from that device is working. The microphone does not do anything. It seems like the LCCC is waiting for a command saying "switch on your mic". Everything I tried didn't change that. Neither switching around audiomodes and audiomode settings nor setting the LCCC as windows primary audiodevice Does someone has any idea how I can that one to work? regards Sascha

FrankDE Posted May 11, 2021 #4 Share Posted May 11, 2021 We have the same problem with a Logitech Group Cam. Swyx is not interested in the problem. Skype, Teams, Webex work without problems In the meantime there is a work arround?
Most Valued User Floeti Posted May 11, 2021 Most Valued User #5 Share Posted May 11, 2021 Have you tried one of the lastet 12.xx versions? Afaik they improved the USB Device support quite a bit in V12.10 or V12.11.
