Hearing myself twice while calling a colleague/Höre mich doppelt wenn ich einen Kollege anrufe

Hallo,

 

Seit ungefähr einer Woche höre ich und andere uns doppelt sobald wir einen Kollegen anrufen (es betrifft auch nur ihn). Er besitzt ein Jabra Evolve65 2 und das Headset wurde bereits mit einem anderen ausgetauscht ohne Erfolg.

Weiterhin wurde probiert:

 

• Reset des Geräts mit Jabra Direct
• Swyx neuinstallation
• Anderes Gerät als Standardwiedergabe
• Den Dongle weiterweg platzieren ( ja kein witz das hat bei einem anderen Kollegen geklappt)
• einen anderen User verwenden

 

Ich denke es hat was mit dem Gerät selber zutun also dem Computer. Vielleicht Treiberprobleme etc. Diese habe ich bereits aktualisiert ohne erfolg leider.

I've been experiencing an issue for about a week where I and others hear our colleague's voice twice whenever we call him. It only affects him, and he uses a Jabra Evolve65 2 headset, which has already been replaced with another one without success.

Additionally, we've tried the following:

 

• Resetting the device with Jabra Direct
• Reinstalling Swyx
• Using another device as the default playback device
• Moving the dongle to a different location (no joke, it worked for another colleague)
• Trying another user account

 

I think it's related to the device itself or the computer, possibly due to driver issues. I've already updated the drivers, but unfortunately, it didn't resolve the issue.

I would be grateful for any help!
