BZerbe_mtx Posted June 10 #6 Share Posted June 10 Update: Ich habe beim Jabra Support angefragt (Antwort innerhalb 2 Stunden) und habe zurück bekommen: Thank you for contacting Jabra Support. Call control is an additional feature of the headset and we can only guarantee that it will work properly in one-softphone scenarios (only one softphone is installed and active on the PC). The headset and softphone communicate using HID commands. The headset cannot distinguish between softphones that use the same "language". If softphone integration is enabled and many softphones attempt to communicate with the headset using HID commands at the same time, some calls may be dropped or triggered unintentionally. This is called a softphone conflict. If you are using the headset with multiple softphones, we recommend that you disable integration altogether. You can also contact your softphone vendor to see if there is another solution (e.g. disable integration for SwyxIt only).
