  3. Hi, Is there anybody experiencing large delays in sending emails from the Swyx server to Office365 mail servers? For years sending emails worked fine. When somebody calls our supportdesk an email is created that have a date and timestamp in the subject. This email, together with the caller ID of the person who called is send to everbody in the 24/7 support desk group. Since a couple of weeks those emails are delayed by hours sometimes up to 8 hours. They also look to be digested: emails that have been created at different time, arrive shortly after each other (but again serveral hours between the original call and receiving the emails). When using the email address box used directly (without SwyxIt) the emails are send almost instantly. Can somebody post the SwyxAdmin settings for using Office365 mail server to be sure and if there are other places to check please let me know.
  4. Hi Michael, Did you ever got this fixed? Kind regards, Herbert
  5. Hi Beychr, Thanks for your reply. I'm not familiair with the use of Global PreProcessing within Swyx. Probably have used it somewhere, but if someone asks me now, I cant tell him where to set this up. Can you point me bit in the right direction? Somewhere in SwyxAdmin?
  6. Some of our collegues are called by a Brazilian number. This is a collection agency. The advice was not to answer the call. I like to block this number all together. What is the easiest way to achieve this? We use Swyx 2015.
  7. Welcome to Swyx Forum :-)

Thank you for your welcome and reply, surely thought I had clicked the activation link, because I was able to login. Guess not.

You're welcome :-) Even if you wouldn't have sent an email I would have sent you another activation mail either today or tomorrow, as I check the new registrations every other day.
