      Thanks Tom. I have been searching for information on how to query the presence status using a SQL query or script. Would you happen to know the what the best options are for this?

      Tom Wellige

      You can't query the current presence status from the database as it is not kept there. You should use the Config Data Store API to connect to the server and get the current user status from the Global Phone List. There are examples available here in the forum.
